About
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving God in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a first impressions team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a youth or children’s team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the production team, to reaching out to those in our community that are hurting and broken by joining an outreach team, we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
This team is all about one thing: serving God by serving His people. If you desire to serve God and make an eternal difference in the life of others then come be a part of the Team!
To join the Dream Team attend 401 of the Growth Track and complete a Dream Team application.
The mission of the Dream Team is:

This team is responsible for selling refreshments before and after services on Sunday mornings.
Resource Center
The resource center team sells godly resources and tickets to upcoming events.
Greeter
If you have a love for people and making them feel at home here at Church on the Rise this is for you. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.
Usher
These mighty men prepare people for a positive worship experience by welcoming them, escorting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
Parking
This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first impression of Church on the Rise! If you relish the great outdoors and enjoy directing people where to go, this is the team for you!
The Gathering Place
This team sets up and tears down the outdoor patio or the “Gathering Place” every Sunday weather permitting. They are also in charge of refreshments being sold outside.
Connect Center
This team welcomes 1st time guest with a free gift, and connects them to the Church community, providing information on all of our current events, classes and services at Church on the Rise.
Kids Check-in
This team checks the children in on Sundays, gets the children name tags, and then escorts them to the classroom.
The office angels assemble the bulletins for Sunday service and help with bulk mail out.
Office Volunteers
The office volunteers assist the administrative staff to create a pleasant work environment by helping staff work more efficiently. They greet visitors, answer phones, sort mail and assist with special events.
With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the Presence of the Living God.
Production Team
You need to be creative and tech savvy to be a part of this team that reaches Gods people by delivering the Word and worship through lighting, video cameras and sound.
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our children.
Preschool and Nursery
This team leads children into a real relationship with Jesus through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.
Special Blessings
During Sunday services, this team ministers to children with special needs.
Pulse
Wednesday evenings there is a service for 5th and 6th graders called Pulse. This awesome group helps teach the word of God to kids that are at an in-between age with kids and youth ministry.
Elevate Youth
If you enjoy working with energetic middle and high school students that focus their energy on growing the kingdom of God and making Jesus famous in this up and coming generation then this team is for you.
This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is tearing down demonic strongholds for God to move in our city!
This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, name tags and encouragement during every service and special events.
Hospitality
The hospitality team prepares meals for people who are recovering from the loss of a loved one, battling a major illness or surgery. Also they have the honor to serve our guest speakers.
